leadership and had a reputation for not being that much of a people person if you get my drift. I thanked God for giving me favor. Then I heard Him say to me, “Your gift will make room for you”. I was taken aback by this because I had not sold her any of my books. This woman had never read my blog or ordered a journal from me. What gift was God talking about? He told me the gift he was referring to was kindness. This was a real revelation for me. I began to look back at opportunities that I walked into unqualified. I looked back at doors that opened for me because someone liked me. I had not sowed in obvious gifts, but I sowed in smiles, in good mornings, in encouraging words, in not judging, and in positivity. God showed me that He sees that. Not only does He see it, but He rewards it. Your gift may not be flashy, but God sees it and its making room for you. Keep sowing.
A man’s gift makes room for him,
and brings him before great men.
